Experienced drummer wanted- established acoustic 4pc band

DRUMMER WANTED!
Established acoustic-based 4pc The ZML Band (Hemel/Watford area) is looking for a permanent drummer. NO DEPS OR FULL PROFESSIONALS PLEASE! Gigs booked for '27 including Liverpool Beatlesweek and French Beatlesnight

Our vibe is best described as MTV Unplugged with a Beatles heart, played with acoustic guitars, ukelele, mandolin, piano and harmony vocals
- Repertoire: Both Beatles (Lesser played/ deeper cuts including career spanning sets) and non-Beatles (from Radiohead, Crowded House, Neil Young, Sheryl Crow, Ryan Adams, Eagles to Alice in Chains and more)
- Bookings: Liverpool Beatlesweek, European Beatles events, festivals, pubs & private functions around Herts/ Bucks/ North London
- Kit: Light kit, rods/ brushes, occasional percussion
- Vocals: Harmony/ occasional lead is a bonus
- Level: Semi-pro. High level of musicianship. Some gigs/ festivals are unpaid, others pay the going rate. Primary motivation is playing great gigs and venues over cash
- Roughly one gig (and one rehearsal) per month
- Vibe: Ability to pick up Ringo's hooks and feel, deep pocket and musicality over flashy rock chops, and combine that with your own personality as well. We are not dressing up or doing rote copies. Videos/ recordings available

Essential is passion and wide knowledge of Beatles, and love of the 90s alternative/ MTV unplugged era. If you're the kind of player who has excellent time and makes songs breathe, or know someone who might be a good fit, please get in contact with a little background and examples of your playing!
